“Discover what it is you want or need in your life and chase it down every bit of strength you’ve got” comments vocalist, Katie Monks, on the ethos behind single ‘Desire’ and its conceptual video. This advice is an accurate illustration of the whole essence of the track and the determined and unapologetic vibe accentuated by Dilly Dally. This hazy video sees the four band members in different situations during their daydreams before they come together to perform a raw, face-melting chorus.

Monks’ bone-rattling vocals fuel the passion of the track alongside the stunning guitar leads and simplistic, yet powerful bass line and drums. All of which interlaces together to create a brutally honest, addictive, brilliant piece of music that nods towards the youthful exuberance and carefree attitude of the Pixies / Sonic Youth at their height.
