Little Matador – ‘Stich Yourself Up’ music video

Fiction Record’s latest signing, Little Matador fronted by Nathan Connolly (Snow Patrol guitarist), released their eponymous debut album, 21.04.14.

This video for single, ‘Stitch Yourself Up’ takes place in what I can only imagine to be the cheapest upstairs pub function room available, which was then dressed to look like some sort of burlesque club, slathered in a bunch of rock n roll cliché’s and kicked out the back door.

It’s a shame; it’s a good song with good riffs, that’s betrayed by aiming for a cool QOTSA, sex-fuelled, mystery-led video and actually resulting in a middle-of-the-road document of a pub outing on a Tuesday night in Surrey (possibly in which your mate gets off with someone’s Nan).

NO ONE CARES WHAT YOU THINK, BUT LEAVE A COMMENT ANYWAY

The B-side of their recent scorcher of a single, 'Vent' was filmed at Hermitage Works Studios by John Clay AKA Clark Kent's Rock n Roll Revue.

We're addicted to this sneakily little funky number. And we definitely want to get high with all our mothers.

Those pesky Table Scraps have written a slacker anthem, and created a visual prayer to the beloved loser gods to go along with it.
