Simian Ghost - 'Never Really Knew' music video

Directed by Dan Huiting, this video for the third single from their album, The Veil, spreads joy abound. Out now on Playground Music.

The feather-touch, skipping guitars are mirrored perfectly in the gleeful dancing steps of the videos stars. Even though the song is bittersweet, when combined with the video it definitely errs to the sweet side; counteracted by the perfect ending. Set across beautiful Icelandic landscapes the video is as easy on the eyes as Simian Ghost are on the ears.

Already highly regarded in their native Sweden, it's about time that the UK caught up; The Veil is a fantastic collection of alt-pop gems.

We're addicted to this sneakily little funky number. And we definitely want to get high with all our mothers.

Those pesky Table Scraps have written a slacker anthem, and created a visual prayer to the beloved loser gods to go along with it.
